There is only one maintenance guy and they’re making him work so hard in the heat to fix everyone’s AC. I hope you’re paying him 4-5x the salary for every missing person that used to be hired here. Potential residents, the electric bills are at least 200-500 dollars all because of AC, the appliances fail, the drains are awful, the paint looks old and there are wasps everywhere. Not to mention ants and roaches. Parking is always full and they’re always doing some kind of work that blocks parking spaces. The gym is only open when the clubhouse is so I hope you don’t have a job if you want to avoid a monthly gym fee and a drive. Just go anywhere else.

Ive Been living here for about two years. First year was wonderful, second one not so much. Takes weeks to get a maintenance in the units. Have a faucet that's been broken for about 2 months now Ac went down, I have a newborn here, unit is at 85 degrees. First management team I met were wonderful. The new staff from office to maintenance workers are terrible.

Please do not lease at this place. I moved into a 3x3 and ever since our move-in we had been dealing with a relentless roach infestation in the unit. My roommates and I are very clean and even with pest control visits, there are nooks and crannies that the bugs and their eggs hide in; my friends in other units at cranes had bug complaints as well. It was so bad, we could no longer cook in our own home. The units are poorly renovated and they will tell you that every maintenance issue a result of "wear and tear". This is by no means a comfortable living space and I would rate it 0 stars if I could.
