Their services are atrocious. The wait, both to get into the office, and to get my medications, it was just an all around unpleasant experience, even more so than most doctors appointments. If you're insurance allows you to use another office, then I highly suggest you do so. The location in Keystone Heights, and Hawthorne are both just pretty awful. Absolutely would not recommend. I only go there because my insurance covers it. Pretty much all of the staff are rude, they have a very obvious "I don't want to be here" attitude. All of the doctors have terrible bedside manner, are dismissive, and probably The most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with. If you look through most of my other reviews, I'm very lenient, and I don't talk badly about most businesses. Even if I have an unpleasant experience I usually give them more than one chance. But this doctor's office is just terrible.
