Only one of the two drive through lanes was open and it's screen did not work.

I ordered on the app. After getting there it took over 20 minutes for them to bring my order out to my vehicle. The woman apologized and said they only had 3 people working. She had to go back in because she forgot my drinks. I understand about being short handed, but they need let you know to go through the drive through to pick it up. If I would have known it I could have been done in about 5 minutes.

With an empty restaurant, they couldn’t make a very simple order right. Order took long, incomplete, no receipt when even asked for it, a coffee cup filled half way, no napkins, dirty tables I cleaned myself. By the way, I was my self cashier at the kiosk. Not asking for much, just asking for what I paid for. One star because there is no -5 stars.

Standard McDonald's: sometimes everything's perfect, most of the time you're missing something. The employees are nice, though
