Words cannot describe the beautiful day we had at Crispin. From the moment we began communication with Chelsea and Heather, we felt valued and in good hands. Chelsea and Heather are a dream team; you want to have your special day in their hands. Everything went seamlessly. The newly redone venue was perfect-beautiful, clean, and so chic. They have an eye for design. We worked with Chelsea on details for many months leading up to our big day. She was always available via text or email and answered promptly. Her organization for her clients through the portal made everything run smoothly. Our guest noticed the fine details that went into their day-of schedule. For example, after our ceremony, while waiting for family photos, Chelsea noticed some of our family members were very warm. She radioed to get ice water to where we were taking photos. The little things made our day that much better. The farmhouse was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. One of the criteria in choosing a venue was finding a space to accommodate two brides getting ready at the exact location. This led us to fall in love with Crispin’s farmhouse. We separated both bridal parties between floors. Another non-negotiable in choosing a venue was the quality of food. You always remember the food at a wedding. This is why we wanted to ensure we were feeding our guests delicious, high-quality menu items. Heather is a rockstar. Her food was incredibly amazing. Jessie has a few food allergies and Heather was accommodating in creating a menu perfect for her and her guests. The time, energy, preparation, and love that went into our wedding food will always be remembered. We couldn’t imagine having our special day without Chelsea and Heather and their hardworking team at Crispin Hill.

I grew up in Geneva, and although my husband and I now live in Seattle, we wanted our wedding to be in the Finger Lakes. It's easy to find a rustic barn-style type place in upstate NY, but to find that setting paired with a professionally-trained chef and built in wedding coordinator is unheard of. From the very beginning, Chelsey and Heather were phenomenal to work with. All their recommended vendors were fabulous - floral, photographer and band are arguably the most important and choosing people who already knew Crispin Hill intimately made everything seamless. During a very stressful 2020, they graciously allowed us to reschedule our wedding to 2021 and were communicative and professional throughout that entire time. Chelsey is highly organized (which attracted me to Crispin Hill in the first place) and every detail is finalized before the big day, so you don't have to deal with anything during the actual wedding. My husband and I are both planners and even with all our organizing you can't control everything - during the wedding one of our shuttles went to the wrong town to collect guests - Chelsey calmly informed us what was happening and then took care of it. She spoke with the driver, adjusted the ceremony time, and calmly navigated us through it, which we were so grateful for. I also have a number of food allergies and am on a restricted diet; I was worried I wouldn't be able to eat much at the wedding, but Heather put together an amazing platter of food for me that I felt confident was safe, and it meant so much. We had multiple guests remark that this was the best wedding they had ever been to - from no line at the bar, to the amazing venue, to the attentive staff - literally everything operated so smoothly and professionally - it was perfect and amazing. It was a long wait to get to this point (over 2 years) but everything paid off and we are so happy we chose Crispin Hill for our special day. Chelsey and Heather are wonderful and we highly recommend!

My husband and I got married at Crispin Hill about a month ago! Chelsey and Heather were great to work with! Chelsey had an online platform to organize all details/guest info/timeline, etc. which was super helpful because we planned our wedding all on our own without a planner! The day of, we rented the house on site to get ready in, which was perfect! Our ceremony was planned to start at 4:30, it started down pouring at 4:15, Chelsey and the whole team was super accommodating and pushed back the ceremony time until the rain stopped- since the ceremony was outside. When it finally stopped raining, the CH team was literally using leaf blowers to clean off the ceremony site chairs, it was amazing! The food was delicious, the staff waited on my husband and I, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. I would recommend Crispin Hill to all of my family and friends!

Heather, Chelsey and the entire staff at Crispin Hill, we thank you for making our daughter’s wedding dreams come true. We knew upon our first visit that the setting was not to be compared. The hilltop location with outstanding views of Keuka Lake, the lower level barn for cocktails, upper level large barn for dancing and the open air tented area for dining all provided areas of interest and unique transitions to each event. We had also heard from previous guests at Crispin that the food is amazing as well. Timing was such that we weren’t able to come for a tasting, so we felt that with all the positive feedback we received this was another reason to secure the date. Our daughter’s wedding date originally scheduled for 2020 was rescheduled. Chelsey and Heather both worked with us to find a mutually agreed upon new date. A compliment that we’d like to extend to them is that when Covid times hit they seized the opportunity to make improvements during this unforeseen slow period. All of us benefited from the additional bathrooms, cocktail deck, beautifully landscaped terraces and modern fire pit. All of the above led to our special celebration this past weekend. As we reflect back on the day we remember how seamless it was for us. Led by the professional team of Crispin Hill we took a back seat and enjoyed the evening knowing all was in place and all would be wonderful. And it was! Our only wish is that we could be guests someday to sit by the fire and enjoy the spectacular view. Lance, Connie, Kerstin & Dominic
