I would love to give ratings for different staff specifically because Dr. Redavid was f great and so were all the techs and office girls I interacted with, but I have to give a 1 star for the severity of what happened. My cat needed hospitalization around the clock for monitoring and fluids. Dr Redavid was reverted by my local vet (my vet isn’t open at nights. ) on the last night there my right after shift change the new doctor called me telling me that my cat was in agonizing pain, had poor quality of life, was declining rapidly and should not go home the following day as planned because she would “definitely not make it”. I was presented with the option of paint an additional $2700 (already put $4000 into this hospitalization) for more testing or I needed to euthanize her. After a long cry, a panic attack and a frantic call to my husband, I called them back and told them to remove all lines from her and I was picking her up to spend time with her family at home where she’s comfortable. They urged me to consider euthanizing her that night without taking her home. They even offered me to bring my kids in to say goodbye so I could euthanize there. I arrived to the hospital to request my cat expecting her to be half dead. When she was brought into the room with me she was completely fine. More alert then when I dropped her off. I immediately felt not only duped but thankful I followed my intuition to go in. My cat came home and has since almost fully recovered. They have called me C 3 times to ask questions about why I didn’t euthanize her. I have a mild episode of panic every time I see their number on my caller id and I fully intend on finding out the babe of that vet and composing an email at minimal. My cat would be dead right now and my entire family distraught and depressed with grief if we went along with their pushy attitudes. I still can’t believe there’s people out there like this.

Made an appt two weeks out for a neuter. Came in and paid for blood work that was “required” before the surgery (aka get more money). Day of appt we find out they bumped our dog and didn’t tell us. Leaving our family in a scramble for his boarding in 10 days. After 40 minutes on the phone no one with any power got on the call to apologize or provide a good solution. After two calls and a long time on hold the resolution was to try to “fit him in” for surgery. Because who wouldn’t want their baby “fit in” for surgery to a vet with zero customer service. Terrible way to treat customers and by the reviews I see we are not alone in our experience. Update: When the new vet called this place for records, they were told my husband and I were problems and good luck dealing with us. The level of unprofessional is glaring. A genuine apology at the time would have gone a long way, not the flippant responses we received.

They take excellent care of my dog every time!! Very professional! The workers treat the animals as their own. Highly recommend.

Great team at this location. I was helped by Amber, Mackenzie and Dr. Reed after my 10 year old dog had a puncture wound on his neck after a bite from another dog. They were able to take us in very quickly. They even followed up after the appointment to make sure everything was going well. The service & care was top notch. Thank you very much!

Yes they do, and reasonably priced for the area! They do great dental work. Schedule an exam and they will discuss the next steps!
We have a sister facility up the road we transport all our animals to in the event of a hurricane. Volunteered staff members stay with them to take care of the pets.
