Extremely rude office staff, and very inconsiderate practice. We have been using Dr Siems since our dog was baby. We even followed her from her former practice . Today we needed our dog’s prescription filled and their office refuse to fill it. They said they could only refill her prescription after an appointment with the doctor, this very absurd considering that her last appointment was only six months ago. We would have no problem taking our dog to see her vet, but we are going out of town for a week. Dr Siems office didn’t even prescribe the pills needed for her until we come back. We are changing vets immediately. A vet’s practice should be about caring for their patients health and well-being, not only for money. Horrible experience

Just left Big Paws after waiting 45 minutes in a sterile exam room not seeing the vet. I finally went out to the front desk and they apologized saying they are short staffed. Said Fridays are always busy and they had some unforeseen emergencies. Ok I understand this but at least come in the room and update me, don’t just forget the customer. If your short staffed and Fridays are always busy then reduce your appt.

We have 5 cats and tried another vet before Big Paws. I didn’t feel comfortable with the first vet and then came to Big Paws. Wow! What a difference! Our cats were treated with love and respect and I was thrilled! I am so glad I found Big Paws!
