First time ever and we were all surprised at how fresh and tasty it was! We ordered at the kiosk and gave our cell number and name for when our food was ready. I decided to not sign up for their rewards program, but I probably should have. The food was delivered to us on metal trays and we were asked if we needed any sauces or chopsticks. Noone had a complaint. It was all good! We ate at UCF area because we were going to a concert there. Now..... I gotta find one closer to me, west of Orlando! So good!

Food is great but the new "streamlined" ordering system is slow, clunky, creates larger lines than in the past, and the workers do not have any sense of urgency with the food. It is now much slower, more frustrating, and less charming than in the past. We will not be eating in again.

Every since they moved to the kiosk system, the service has decreased significantly. It's no longer a quick eat restaurant.
