Worst crab legs ever and never offered to give me new ones. Typical owners worried about money not services.

Bay House is going Down Hill. We have been going to the Bay House for 15 years. Their prices have gone way up and the quality of their food way down. I like and get the lobster pot stickers each time. Tonight's were over cooked, chewy and had no flavor. One member of our party order the lobster and frites. Her lobster was also over cooked and chewy. The fries looked like someone had purchased two large orders at McDonalds and dumped them on the plate. My short ribs were marginal. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. The kitchen needs improvement. Perhaps a new chef. If I am going to spend over $100 per person on dinner, I expect it to be excellent.

The food was very good. But customers need to be aware that, in case of rain, there is a significant drainage problem in the parking lot with standing water, so you'd better valet park if you want to stay dry. The interior of the restaurant is somewhat cluttered and needs to be spruced up.

I’m sorry I didn’t eat here before it changed hands. We had to ask for cutlery, condiments, and our shared entree after a large seafood tower came to our table undivided and no dinner service to do it ourselves. The raw seafood was very good. The frites were good but the lobster entree was over seasoned and over cooked. I gave up a sunset view somewhere else for the reputation of the food, not again.

We had Sunday dinner but have frequently had their Sunday brunch. We were told they have stopped Sunday brunch except for special Sundays like Easter and mothers day. I would call them before going. GREAT PLACE
We offer our standard menu with a Thanksgiving special.
No more brunch on Sundays.
Normally they do a great job. The exception may be this weekend with temps dipping as. Low as they are.
Yes
Not specifically, but the bar is open and bar food and drinks great, view and ambiance terriffic
Season officially opens today and we hope to have them by the weekend!
I went in Jean's with a nice polo shirt and boat shoes. I saw patrons in there with shorts and a nice button down
Unfortunately, no. They operate as separate companies, so the gift certificates are restaurant-specific. (Gift certificates are available for purchase on the restaurants' websites.)

There is not a designated gluten free menu but the kitchen is willing to accommodate most dietary needs. Your waiter/waitress will inform you of what menu items are naturally gluten free and what you can do in terms of substitutions.
Baseball caps are not allowed in the main dining room. However on the tavern and claw bar side of the restaurant its fine. Its an upscale restaurant and most people there will be dressed nicely but casual.
