I have been going here since I moved here 3 years ago. I have been consistent with my facial treatments and my massages and it was feeling good having a place to unwind. It’s hard to be a mom, wife and a healthcare worker. I pay my all my bills on time and I tip when ever I get a service. Today I got my dates mixed up today and I received a call about a no call no show. Today is Labor Day and my child is out of school l. So, I literally thought my appointment was tomorrow 9/6. I explained this to the ME front desk clerk and I asked for a waiver considering it was a mistake. She spoke with her management and they decided that they would only take one of my points. I am upset because I pay monthly and have been a loyal customer despite my original aesthetician and massage therapist leaving. They just lost a valuable customer…. Horrible customer service and management tactics= high turn over rate for their employees and now customers. I’d rather drive to winter garden then go back to this office all based on principle.

Just called into see if they take insurance and to schedule an appointment. I was out on hold for 4 mins not to bad, but as soon as she answered I was put back on hold. After 8 mins I gave up. If you’re that busy hire more help as it should t take over 10 mins to get a simple appointment and question answered. I’ll go somewhere else who’ll value my time and money.

I’ve been going here for years. I recently had my wallet stolen and am currently waiting on a new debit card to arrive. Massage Envy cannot book me an appointment with the 4 credits that I have already paid them for (that’s $160 of mine they already have). That’s four months of payments they have of mine and refuse me service because there isn’t currently a card on file? I will give them a card, schedule 5 of the quickest appointments I can get and I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE POEPLE MY BUSINESS AGAIN. They are Insane to think that’s OK business practice.
