Do not recommend this pharmacy. Contacted the drug company who provided me with a list of pharmacies who are regularly ordering the medication. Contacted the pharmacy prior to having the script sent here and was told by the pharmacist they would will fill it and have it on stock. Prescription arrived and pharmacist refused to fill. Stated there is none in stock but it could be transferred to another pharmacy in stock - if I found one. I asked why she could not order it - as the company said there is no supply issues and her pharmacy has been ordering it regularly. She was shocked that the drug company would give me this information and said she never heard of that occurring before and she would be speaking to her manager about this concern. She continued to lie stating they don't have the medication, it is not in stock, and refused to order/fill it. I contacted corporate and lodged a complaint, received nothing, called back and requested it to be escalated. Was told I would be contacted by the region pharmacist in 1 week. Never received any calls/voicemail/response.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about four years. And every single month there’s a problem. Over and over again they constantly forget things and just plain out ignore their customers. The staff are on a revolving door so don’t get comfortable with anyone. Do you yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. I’ll finally have.

Always had issues with this pharmacy. I've lived in 15905 for 10+ years. When i moved here I used this pharmacy multiple times and every time had an issue. From them saying that my doctor's office didn't call anything in yet (though the dr office verified they did) to waiting an excessive amount of time. I've stopped going there after giving them about 5 tries.
