Broker didn’t schedule appointment and they tried to charge 305 reschedule fee. Luckily I was able to pass that fee to broker but owner ops drivers beware. Also, high lumper fees. Parking is seriously an issue here too. They won’t let you park on property and police harass you if you are parked on the street nearest truck stop is 20+ miles away. Once I finally got a door took 5 hours to unload. People were rude. This company couldn’t be worse if they tried lol.

This facility is every Owner Operator's Nightmare - USE CAUTION. They require appointments but do not abide by them. Be prepared to be there for a minimum of 4hrs. The receptionist is lazy unprofessional and disrespectful; staging is off property; no early admittance allowed; docking area is garbage; lumper crew is slow and stops promptly at the end of their shift no matter if unloading is complete; don't complain because they will put your paperwork to the bottom of the pile. Never seen such a despicable operation!!!!

Terrible service, VERY bad management. They don't allow to be on their territory , there are no parking lots around this company, it is forbidden to stand around, no u-torn, terrible delivery conditions. All employees are stressed and very rude. You will ruin your whole day if you deal with this company. Out-of-state truckers, please pay close attention to schedules and logs. They will keep you there indefinitely!! We had a terrible experience with this company. Extremely disappointed!!!

No parking in compound. Will have you park on street until called for a door at own risk with no parking signs everywhere. Law Enforcement was there. No places to park for miles. Called me 4.5 hours after appointment time issuing me a door. Very tight parking. Tear up bumper in the dirt bank if not careful. Trucks at last few docks have to blindside in. And of course a Lumper service. Lol
