They do serve food at 8:00 am to 10:15 am.

Do I have to notify mana house that I will be using them to receive mail or can I just use the address n then go pick it up?

You can just use the address first unless you're using the address to get an ID or license then you will have to get a letter from them first. Hopefully that helps you.
