The cottages, apartments, and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Met a lot of nice people. HP has a lot to offer for the older folks.

Very nice place for senior living. If you are a visitor of any sort, there’s a mandatory self administered Covid test that holds up for a week before a new test. Pretty huge place with security at the entrance, clean cream carpet, & nice staff.

Yes and no. There is an amount that is not taxable which increases every year. I think it is around 28000. In there is included social security and other retirement pensions etc only.
Independent living .nursing and assisted living. Do not think Medicaid. Never seen a resident smoking and not allowed in any residences. Doubt many ppl want to be around smokers.
