The management of this business is so unprofessional. They ruined my wife's sweater, and tried to steal our clothes. When we asked to speak to the owner to resolve the matter the employee told us no one has her bosses number. We called the police to come help us with the situation only then was she able to provide the owners number to the police, the police officer he would call us to resolve the matter and never did. After the fact they sent us an email denying responsibility. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere or take a chance with your washing machine if you love your clothes.

My first visit they lost two shirts ($100 each). It is my fault that I didn't check my cleaning before I left...it was a large amount of clothing. When I discovered the loss I went back. The lady was completely unhelpful. She blamed it on me. And would not let me see if I could find the shirts in her back room. I won't be back. Cheap price doesnt help if you lose clothing.

Excellent service from the staff. Prices were always fair. Took care of my clothes and never had any problems. Used the laundromat as well. Never had any problems.

Consistently poor service. I just left there and had to wait for 20 minutes just for someone to come to the desk to help me. A lady named Josephina came from the back room half asleep then fussed because I said I had waited. She was very rude and dismissive but she isn’t the only one. Most of the people who I have encounter at this Pleasant Valley Road location are anything but pleasant. They were late getting my clothes completed despite telling me my clothes would be ready in three days. They offered no rush service or explanation as to why the clothes weren’t ready. There are buttons burned off of my dress shirts all the time. This is my last time coming here. It may be the best price but I guess you get what you pay for because the service leaves much to be desired. Spend the extra dollar and take your clothes and business elsewhere.
