Would NOT recommend. Rude staff. Poor service and communication skills. Treat you like a criminal. One female staff member is all about power and retribution.

The staff is not very knowledgeable and could care less about their customers. Spent over $1k there. There's not even a restroom for customers to use.

No, this is a store for the purchase of wireless devices (cellphones, tablets, etc). The FiOS service is now owned by Frontier, and they do provide fiber optic service in that area: https://go.frontier.com/availability/fl/new-port-richey

I have been doing business with that store for years, Matt is the Man!!! My daughter and I are very pleased with the way Matt conducts his business, professional, efficient, knowledge!! Last visit I spent three hours there!! Awesome place and staff !
