We were either hungry or the patty melt was simply awesome. We wanted to drive thru to order another PM but we were caught off guard by the young ladies approach to distribute item s through the window. When she returned our card she said “Here”, placing the food out “Here”. There was No greeting, or thank you. Her mission was to take your money and give you your food, nothing more(LOL). We are laughing about it now but proper training is VERY important.

Would you believe I'd never been to a steak n shake? The service was super fast with a middling crowd size. Food was good, altho i was a little underwhelmed by the burger size compared to descriptions. Shakes are everything they're promised, great. The whole place was very clean and the staff was totally on top of that. Next time I'll get the frisco. :) Nice work staff! Do better corporate itty bitty burger patty buyers.

I went to this Steak n Shake for the first time since they made renovations and it’s like an entirely different restaurant. We were kindly greeted upon entry and saw that they have new kiosks to order and pay at. You can easily customize your orders and can sit and wait for your food, although you won’t be waiting long. The food came out hot and fresh, right next to the drink station. Although I do miss the diner feel of being served (no more waiters and waitresses because of the kiosks) my wife and I were in and out in a matter of 30 minutes on a Friday evening. The staff is pleasant, especially the host (a young man with glasses) and we will be returning for quick and easy comfort food.
