I do not recommend this place at all. Lawyer Romero is a great character, who advises you the first time "for free". Convinced of so much publicity, you contract the services of this Firm but: 1. You never talk to the Lawyer or another lawyer again. 2. The paralegals, today they tell you one thing, tomorrow they tell you another, they are always confusing you. 3. Flames; at the reception they leave you waiting for up to 15 minutes. 4. You have to be calling to ask about your case, because they only call you to COLLECT. 5. You have to pay even if they are not working on your case. My mistake was not reading the document or the judge's decision well before paying, they didn't explain anything to me, they were giving me a document that I handed over to them when I started my case with them, I had to tell the receptionist that those documents were not correct, they did not resolve my case as they told me at the beginning, and to give me a copy I had to pay the full bill. My recommendation is that if you do not speak or understand English well, do not trust them to tell you that the judge "approved" because they give you documents saying that everything is in your favor and it is not. If the paralegal does not explain to you, worse a lawyer of it. They changed my lawyer 3 times in a year, and at the time of the hearing, the lawyer was very lost with my case; his answers before the judge were far-fetched; She didn't know anything about my case and I had to call the paralegal to tell her that I had a hearing, so she would call me. I really don't recommend this place; very stressful to have so many questions and they do not know how to answer or confuse your case with someone else's.
