OCPS really needs to get this together. We pay taxes for schools and busses and because we're a .3 mile away from the 2 mile minimum we cannot get bus service to school. There are no side walks at all to walk on from our place to the school.

Horrible service. Super unprofessional..bus never arrives on time kids are late almost every day..today after school my daughter was forced to get off the bus at a different stop further from her normal stop. She didn't know where she was or how to get home. Thank God she had a cellphone and was able to call me to go find her and pick her up! I call the number and get hung up on every time my call is up. This is the worst transportation system I have ever delt with.

The worst ever! I have never met a PUBLIC SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION company that could careless if children even make it to school. They do not let you know if the bus is coming or not, they make excuses after waiting on hold for 30 mins that they cannot assist you (our systems down). For a county who claims they care about education they sure do not show for it. You people seriously should realize that every time these children are not picked up for school thats a day missed. A day of education that they should be receiving per our tax dollars! This needs to be addressed immediately! All that fundraising for all the organizations for kids and electronics etc and yet these kids cannot even get to school because the bus does not come! Then if it does come (1 hr later) they blame the kids! NO! Get your professionalism together and the concern of these kids getting to school every day is a priority!

The OCPS transportation system must be seriously mismanaged. I have had countless negative situations with drivers not knowing their route and unreturned phone calls. It is currently the day before OCPS starts and both the Find My Bus system and the service's phones aren't working. Cool. Get it together, folks.
