The staff at OCP goes above and beyond to make sure their clients are cared for. From my first call to their office, to changing therapists, to moving to their new location, I have been blown away by both the level of consideration and professionalism out of OCP. As long as you leave a msg they will listen to it and call you back but not always the same day
That is very strange that they have not called back. I know they do the evaluation part. If you leave a message on the scheduling option they normally call within 24 hours
