Winter Garden post office is really subpar. They scan packages as "delivered" when they are not. They usually show up in a few days after that. Sometimes they just leave a slip, instead of bringing packages, so we have to drive all the way to the post office to pick up the packages. The phone just rings and rings when you need help.

I had an envelope that was out of date....I was extremely well attended, cordial as always....my problem was resolved on the same day.

I had a lost package so I came here to ask for help. The lady at the counter told me to go to the blue door. So I did and I was assisted with this old lady with short black hair that looks like a wig. She got the tracking number of my package and checked. She came back and told me it’s not their tracking number. So of course i wanted to ask questions and that was when she got IRATE saying I asked too many questions. She doesnt want questions and she doesnt really wanna help and not happy to help! Her facial expression and her tone of voice doesn’t suit to be a customer service, not at all! Hope the management will read this!

I had a package purchased thru Amazon two weeks ago, stated as delivered at my mail box. When I retrieved the key for the large parcel box from my box it would not open the alloted box. When I returned the next day, another key was in it and the package gone. I went to the P.O. and emailed the supervisor my photos of what tookplace. My package miraculously turned up a day later. Today (7/3/21) I went to ask why 3 days I have not received any mail, not even the usual junk mail. After speaking with Supervisor "Peter" and me being upset and I said I am going to report my issues to the Post Master General, "Peter's " response was to go ahead and slammed the customer service window/door. So here I go...🏃♀️

You have to go to your post office and let them know. They can do to things, forward your mail to wherever you are located or retain your ma at the office for the time being. But you have to let them know.
@Cindy Baker Exactly! I called saying the same thing! Website does not reflect that but they had nothing to say but "I'm sorry I'm just telling you what I see on the website."
Online or at the post office you can put in a request.
Usually about 2pm, we get our mail
