I am disappointed in this store. I have to renew my mailbox but I am not in the country so I can't come to the store personally. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the store with no success. The only thing I get is an automated email response. I hope the owner reads this and responds to my emails.

All I wanted to do was print a family photo, in color on quality gloss paper. {Sat 9/3} I was redirected to a computer. And I was told I had to use my credit card. I followed the instructions. I did not get the quality I wanted. But worst yet, I thought the cost was $2.96. Today I look at my card statement and I see was charged $2.96 and $20.00 . Two separate charges. I called my card company, and they said it was a temporary charge, it will go away. But their system never warned me of the Temporary Charge. This system make the UPS Store looks bad.

Needed to return an Amazon book rental after my last semester and the genius worker had the book shipped back to me instead. Now I’m out of $188 because Amazon never got their book. Thanks UPS!
