I have lived here for a little over a year and have had a great experience. From the neighbors, friends we have met, the front desk staff and maintenance, it has overall been a great place to call home. The apartments are spacious, the gym is always clean, the pool and other amenities such as the grill and game room are an added plus! OH and the pet spa was super convenient for bathing my bigger dog. If you are considering living here, give it a shot! Amanda and Linda in the front office are so sweet and accommodating! I will miss living here.

We moved in not long ago and honestly had to spend the first couple days cleaning just to feel comfortable letting my daughter crawl around. Property is okay, but definitely not luxury and in need of some serious pest control. We complained about some issues early on and have just been brushed off, which isn't really surprising based off what some neighbors have said. Amanda made sure to make us feel like an inconvenience

I moved here back in April and didn’t really know what to expect. Fast forward all to September and I can tell you that it’s been the best decision for me. The ladies in the front office(Amanda & Linda)welcomed me here immediately the very first time I walked in. They were very well detailed about everything I needed and wanted to know and I couldn’t thank them anymore. The other day I forgot I had my bathroom sink running and water came out all over the place. At this time the office was near closing hours and they still managed to get people here to help fix the issue and I couldn’t be more thankful. If there’s a place I can recommend you to look into for a home Parker at East Village is definitely the move!! Thank you guys very much!!

Do not waste your money moving here. It looks a lot nicer than the other apartments in the area to start, but it has completely gone down hill since the change in management. We are at nearly a month without air conditioning. Even with the portable units, it is 85 degrees in our apartment and we're stuck paying more for electricity. Amanda is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. She hasn't even once really acknowledged our situation, only reminded us multiple times that "we aren't her only apartment she has to manage" and that the AC being out isn't their fault. The gate is always broken, the pool and grills are often out of order, and they don't care even a little bit about the people who live here.
