This store has gone down hill so bad. Horrible customer service. They have products in stock and they won’t help get them for you from the back. Everyone at customer service was rude to other shoppers. It was super disappointing to see. They all were on their phones repeatedly and standing around gossiping while other employees were working their butts off

I only go to Walmart to get one thing with the occasional item and that is the Shoes for Crews I need at my job, which "I value" as a loyal Customer, and would want to be treated by an associate. I am very disappointed with the Female self-checkout clerk this morning by the Home/Pharmacy area. I had my pair of work shoes and a pair of Swim Trunks and was waiting like any other customer, only to be profiled and discriminated against by the self-checkout clerk. She intentionally gave me a disapproving snarl and was being judgemental for no reason at me as I was minding my own business, yet she tells the two female customers behind me "Maam, do you have card or cash? Not even a "Sir, do you have card or cash? She had skipped completely around me as if I wasn't to even be given the time of day to, while looking at them and overlooking me, while allowing them to go ahead of me with a card. I was using a card too and was next in line! Also, she needs to now bite her nails, while customers are in line, it's disgusting and unprofessional. It was very rude, disrespectful, and she should looked into being reprimanded by management for her conduct. I am taking this matter to higher authority as well, just in case the management decides to dismiss this issue. Discrimination of any kind is a serious matter, regardless of how you look at it with an intention or not. This is one of the many reasons I don't shop here or places like this in general, a lack of class, respect, customer service, and professionalism.

Shopping here is not a good experience; I have seen loaves of bread being sold that are two or three days after the expiration date and when you tell an employee, they simply say they don’t know why the products are still on the shelves. Other products clearly looked like they have been worn or used and yet they’re being sold at the full price for what an new and unused product should sell for. Normally I don’t have bad experiences with shopping here, but it seems that employees do not care about following store policy.

Most disappointing to shop online and pickup! You wait outside for the longest!! Your groceries are thrown in your truck and stacked like trash. Heavy stuff on light soft stuff and all over your trunk! It really got to me! There was lots of space in the trunk. The first 2 photos shows how much space was there, packing could've been better than this. Everything soft or perishable was broken or smushed!

Right now I am not the best person to answer questions regarding Walmart. Pick up my order at the store, about 3 days later there's an added charge of $4.11 billed to my account. Send them a message asking what the charge is for, and have not heard from them. Nor do intend to shop there again, "sadly " I usually spend a minimum of $100.00 per week. Will be giving Aldi that money now.

I work there as a department manager and you are absolutely right. No one cares about anyone or anything. We are like this because our higher management are dead in the inside.they are killing our souls, mind and body. I am sorry you had a bad experience but don't blame us, the small people working there, they made us like this by destroying our heart and will to work.

As long as your prescription is current they should just be able to fit you in another pair of frames with your current lenses. Most places don't need a prescription to change frames in my experience, but I have never used Wal Mart though. Hope this is some help.
