One of the worst Dunkins I've been too. Not only are they nasty and DO NOT CLEAN THERE DAIRY MACHINE, my whole family got sick from this and the shift leader wanted to sit there and argue with me that it wasn't "dirty" there is no way my family would not be sick if that was the case. The coworkers wanna do nothing but argue with you. And if you bring up and issue with the shift leader he lies to your face and tells you are wrong. Instead of apologizing and asking what he could do to fix the situation. That man is not a shift leader and I'm so incredibly shocked that's who you have representing your store while management is not there. I'm in utter shock with the way "management" handled this. He also refused to give any information about the manager.

This location for many years was 24 /7 but within the last few months they open at 5 am to 11 pm only .. if you arent a local unfortunately you wouldn't know that ,but this location is near my employer and I know the manager . I hope this helps.
I went in the other day for my birthday drink and the gentleman was very helpful & friendly. Sorry your getting an unkind employee
The younger employees, the ones that work the evening shift are so rude...I went into the store and placed my order and not only did they get it wrong, they wanted me to come back the next day because there was no managers available at that time to give me my refund. I asked him to please call a manager because it was very inconvenient for me to come back I dont live near. The guy got so upset he started throwing the F bomb toward me. I told him I would never again come back to that location and he said to me "thats fine we dont want you here anyway" this is the location on 192 near John young in Kissimmee. Someone else I know went through something similar at the same location with a young lady...poor customer service...
