Stopped in a few days ago and picked out a very basic design for a hand henna tattoo. I was charged $40, which seemed a bit high for how basic the design is, but I didn't have to wait so I said, ok. The guy doing it was very soft spoken and the music was very loud. Once finished, I paid and tipped him VERY well. I continued my day with some shopping and lunch. After reading the directions and waiting a little over 2 hours, I washed off the ink. You could barely see the design on my hand, but the design on my fingers was very bright. It took me a little bit to make it back to him. Once I did, I showed him what it looked like. He handed me the same direction sheet he did before. I acknowledged the directions but expressed my frustration on why it wasn't very dark, and not even close to how dark my fingers were. He was very passive and told me that it darkens with time. I asked for understanding as to why I could already tell there was a color difference. He blew me off, took a drink out of his jug and said, "come back in a few hours if it isn't darker" I left very frustrated. I already had to come back because it didn't look right. It would have taken him less than 5 minutes to go over just the hand portion and I was willing to tip him again. I felt it was dismissive and rude, as a tourist area you have no idea how far someone traveled that day just to get there. Why would I go back, AGAIN... When it wast done the right way the first time ? It did get a little darker, but still a difference between my hand and fingers. It's also a dark green ink stain not brown (just fyi) ... I did not go back, and will go somewhere else if I want another.... Buyer beware !!
