Thier answering service is really bad. Can barely understand the Representative who answered because of thier accent, and all kinds of noise, voices, music in the background. Sounds like a they're having a Party. The Answering service needs a lot of improvements. It takes days to get a call back ? The office visits are actually good. Staff are courteous and Dr. very knowledgeable and respectful.

The office NEVER ANSWERS A PHONE. The patient portal is USELESS, NO LAB RESULTS even though they were done over a week ago. I am so SORRY I CHOSE THIS MEDICAL PROVIDER.

Don't go to the lab for blood work...they are very rude and don't care about how late they run. They are more interested in gossiping than doing their job....at one point there were 3 of them in there, one left. When I notified them I had another Dr. Appointment on the other side of town she got reallyrude and loud with other clients waiting. Refused to give me her name.

Yes some of the physicians do sports physicals.
7am for people who have appointment, they start walk in patients at 10 am at least at the Aaron St location.
