The worthless business I ever had, they fooled me when I ask them when the shipping will be at my mother's address, they said within 5 days and I believe unfortunately I wish I didn’t because when I tracked it, it looks they will receive it after 10 days and I mention them that I needed to get as soon as they can. They said she will get it within 5 days. I call the corporate office to talk the Manager or supervisor, but the operator didn’t let me speak with any of them I call 5 times and no one with answer me back. It’s like a nightmare when you want to find your shipping, and no one answer you back. Not just like that I spend $250 on my shipping, it’s wasting my time and money for nothing. Mailbox &more is a bad service don’t trust them they will fool you when you use their service. I send it in 13th of this month, and they said within 5 days so we are 09/18/2022 still my mother didn't receive the package yet. and I didn't receive any email from them at all. Don't independent on their service.

Made sure I FILLED up the gas tank but was still charged an extra $10 for NO REASON. Take a picture OF THE GAS MARKER so they CANT LIE about how much gas was left and charge you for so.ething you k ow you have to do before returning a uhual truck
