I didn’t know that at Taco Bell discretion you needed to use an app to order. We were asking the process, they started yelling at us to go to the parking lot to figure it out and as we were only trying to get a better understanding of the process and the threatened to call the police in us. I was outraged, what horrible service.

The prices at this Taco Bell are nearly 25% more than other Taco Bell's in the area! You can check online to verify that. And the food itself looks far worse. Employees in the drive-through are rude and sarcastic when you try and ask a question. I recommend going to the Taco Bell on Ann Arbor Rd. instead.

They close at a different time every day, make sure you call ahead. I've been there many times, I don't recall them ever once getting my order right. Today they just gave me someone else's bag entirely. They don't communicate very well either. I said "I'm here to pick up online order number 80" "what's the name?" "Ash." "Whitney?" "...no. Ash." (At the window) "Uber eats for Ash??" "I'm Ash but I'm not Uber eats" *hands me the wrong bag*

Not Door Dasher friendly. Drive thru is the only way to get the food and they will not let you bypass the speaker with long lines. I waited 20 min in a line where you can't pass anyone, for them to tell me I had to go through the drive …
