Auto Add-Ons recently installed a lift kit on my Ram 1500. From dropping it off to picking it up was made simple and fast. The work they did looked awesome and I was very satisfied with the outcome. About a month later I was at a local dealership getting an oil change (before we set out for an extended weekend road trip) and the tech advised me my brake line was leaking and it was more than likely due to the install of the lift kit. The dealerships advised they couldn’t fix it because it would need a new “aftermarket extended” brake line to solve the issue and they won’t install an aftermarket product. The tech showed me the brake line as it was up on the lift and I snapped some pictures. I then called Auto Add-Ons and spoke with their team of professionals and they assured me after looking at my photos and comparing with proper lift install photos that the break line issue couldn’t have been from the lift install and that all proper procedures and parts were used during the install. The pros at Auto Add-Ons even though were sure the issue wasn’t from anything they did, still said to bring the truck by and they would check it out and try to resolve the issue. Upon arriving at Auto Add-Ons they took the truck straight back and within no time they diagnosed the issue (a simple seal replacement on the brake line from normal old age and wear and tear) and had my truck fixed and back up in tip top shape in no time. They also advised for all the headache and issues the work was on them and free of charge. This is how customer service is done and shows the true character and integrity of this shop. They have made a customer for life and I would highly recommend them for your automotive needs if you want reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you Auto Add Ons for your professionalism.
