I have been out of a washer for 2 months and had to take my wife and kids to a laundry mat to do our clothes. They have not been helpful or understanding about this issue, they say it’s one part and then another part. They also still charged me money and it’s still not fixed!!! Even if it’s under warranty I will never use them again. At least they could of done is wave the fee wow!! Truly disappointed with this customer service. I do not recommend.

There’s probably not enough room on this to type all the things I would like to say positive about Ashley from all set appliance repair. She went way above and beyond all day today with me on the phone and even got on a phone call with me with another company and then when it was her time to leave at 5 o’clock she still picked up her phone and stayed on a phone call with me and another person for 45 minutes. Talk about going above and beyond this is how everybody should treat their job and I wish more companies would have employees like Ashley to help out people like myself that really need the help and was getting nowhere but thanks to her something is getting done. So again if you ever get Ashley on the phone don’t worry because you’ll be in great hands and she knows what she’s doing it will help you out no matter what . also can understand her perfectly on the phone good phone skills I cannot again say enough about how great of a job and how much she helped me out today way to go Ashley!!

Had another company come out 3 different times for a faulty ice maker. Jose came out and fixed it within 30 minutes and explained exactly what was wrong and what should have been replaced.
