Our waiter was Alex. We went on a Tuesday evening at around 6:30 pm so that we could see the sunset. Although it was raining outside and the balcony was closed, they did allow us to go and take as many photos as we wanted, which was nice. The hotel and staff are really nice. Alex was great. I ordered tequila sunrise and a flatbread pizza. My friends ordered a burger and wings. The pizza was so good. However, the drink was too sweet with barely any alcohol. Overall, we had a really good time and would go again soon. SN: a hotel restaurant on the 18th floor, you would think the food and drinks would be expensive but they were actually inexpensive; a lot less than we expected to spend.

No, you can go up to the 18th floor without a room key. The main hotel check-in is on the same floor.
Unfortunately I had to park in one of the nearby garages. Some of them charge by the hour which is just a few bucks depending how long you park there or the day of the week.

We made reservations for sunday brunch and were offered outside seating as an option. Other than that, Im not sure they take reaervations.
