OMG, this is a beach ⛱️. Beautiful. I advice to stay in the Hyatt so you get the boat for free to go to this private island.

Im not sure but every person is counted to get on the ferry if you're a Pelican Landing resident regardless of age.
It's a private beach for PL residents and Hyatt guests only with ferry boats to take us over. Although many do boat over and anchor on the bay side. But gulf side not accessible unless you arrived a resident or guest.
