Best hospital in Central Florida. The nurses are caring and friendly and the staff is always ready to help. Grace, my nurse on floor 2, was especially amazing!

No communication. We arrived by 830 as requested. I was sent to the "family room" at 9 am which was ok because his procedure was supposed to happen at 930. By 11 am I hadn't heard anything so I became concerned. I picked up the phone and was told he just went in. An hour and a half late! The next time I was contacted it was noon and I was told they were sending someone to bring me to my husband. No one came until about 1245. Again no communication. We didn't leave until almost 130. He has had this procedure at least 5 other times but it has never taken 5 hours. Very disappointing for an Advent Health facility. I would never recommend Winter Park hospital.

I was there for an Afib episode. However apparently the documentation on my EMR was in error unbeknownst to me and they had me as Covid +. The cardiologist on staff would not come in my room on day 1 but called me which ended up being my consult. I didn’t know that and did not ask questions. The second day he came in and said we’re not going to do anything for you on the weekend so you might as well go home. I was discharged in Afib. And go to see my cardiologist! I did have an echo done. They did construction at night. The food was horrible- cold and tasteless. Never saw housekeeping. The only positive was the nursing staff. I will make it a point to never go back there.

I dont know who is the president but Jennifer Wandersleben has accepted the position of administrator for Winter Park Memorial Hospital, effective April 4. She will replace Ken Bradley, who is transitioning to serve as administrator of Florida Hospital Celebration Health and senior executive officer for Florida Hospital's South/West market.
I will tell you, that they will not release that information for security reasons.

They have excellent programs depending on insurance, but Orlando is a great city for those kinds of services.

Not that i know of. You can always call they'll be more then happy to answer your questions. I had my two babys here one regular birth and the other c-section and had an amazing experience. Hope I was helpful. Congrats on your baby
