I have been here 3 times for a MRI all 3 times there was problems guess it's impossible for me to get this done here. Thanks summit imaging for taking 3 days of my time. I know my time is worth nothing to you but it is to me

I need a CT scan periodically. I have used other imaging companies so I definitely can compare. I have multiple and expensive medical bills, and with the insurance I have a 20% co-pay which is reached early in the year. I paid Summit the co-pay the same day which they had asked for. When I reach my MOOP, they are required to "refund" the co-pay I have paid because I don't owe it. (there should be NO upfront co-pay). Now I wait and wait and call for the refund which they take their sweet time to give. There should be a law!

I would just like to say a heartfelt “Thank you” to Valerie and Deanna. Those lady are such blessings! My mom needed several tests done to see the cause of her falls.She had an appointment schedule at a different imaging place in Spring Hill. They only bothered to do one of the test and wanted to schedule her for August for the other tests. These tests needed to be done way before August! And despite my trying, they wouldn’t schedule her any sooner. We stopped by Summit just to see if we could get an appointment for mom before August. We were sent to the scheduling department. Valerie was the sweet lady that helped us. She noticed that the script said “stat” and actually got mom seen within 30 minutes!! Deanna was the sweet lady that did moms ultrasound. She was very sweet and helpful. They both seemed concerned about my mom and made sure she was taken care of! I cannot express my gratitude enough for these ladies and Summit! They actually have staff that care!!!

They always like me early for paperwork or prep but at times they can run late whatever their reason might be. However they are so caring and their apologizies are non stop. They are the best in my book though.😊
They did an mri on me there...so I'm sure an x-ray is no problem...

Yes you can. 24 hours after your exam if you call the medical records department they can get the report ready for you to pick it up. Or you can walk in m-f 8-4 to pick it up.
I'm not sure why Jessica says they don't take Blue Cross Blue Shield. They do.

You just call up between the hours they are open and you request an appointment I'll ask you for what MRI CT scan and x-rays whatever the case may be you tell them they set up the appointment and then you go
