Great central location. Good self-service breakfast every morning. Our room had a bit of a damp smell this visit (room 125). Probably should've requested a move but we barely spent any time in the room.

We requested to have our room cleaned and it did not happen. When we asked the front desk why they did not know why and we still didn't get it cleaned the whole time of our stay. Parking lot lights were not working. Major safety and security issues! I reported it to the front desk the next morning and they acted like they didn't know and said they would report it to maintenance. Morning two, I got the same response when I reported the lights not working. Morning three, I got the same response when I reported the lights not working. Our toilet was not flushing properly. I reported it on Morning one. No one ever showed up to repair it.

The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating. He made my check in very easy. The hotel was also very clean and the room was nice. I loved that it was pet friendly as well. VERY nice overall experience as I was just passing thought for the night.

Not a bad place and very convenient to the interstate. A little on the expensive side for comparable level Hotels but I have stayed here a few times as a last option and all 3 times they have provided a good quality clean room. There is a small workout room also and a small variety of dinner microwave meals that are good in a pinch. The free breakfast in the morning is better than average with good breakfast sandwiches.
