Dont know about the insurance but assuming the scooter is titled in your name it should be about $80 for the tags/registration
I called to ask how much they charge for a title transfer from out of state and a new license plate. They said it would be $200 for both of those things to cover the state fees and their own service fees. Don't forget the 8% sales tax to the thieves at the city and state governments, too!
