This place has a lookout spot to look down to the river. You can see the bridge from there too. They have a few places where you can sit and enjoy the views. Very beautiful!

I just went inside the front gate. It looked like a very nice park for picnics
It cost 200 for it you have to put in a reservation for it
Contact the visitor center for high bridge park, they should have all the info for you.
No. The park is high above the river and there is no pool on site.
