We had a lift that worked perfectly for years and then it broke at one of the welds. Harmar replaced the entire lift and had one of their dealers install it. How refreshing it is to deal with a company that stands behind their product as well as Harmar, I wish there was more companies with their integrity

What a terrible website, when I go to any of your sites there is a place that says " Harmar Scooter Lift Parts" but when I click on that NO parts search comes up ! ! How do I go to a parts list so I can find the parts I am looking for ? Doug

Both of our Harman stair lifts need service and we are not happy with the lack of service provided by the company that installed them. I called the customer service number on the Harmar website and was transferred to a medical alert company for a sales promotion.

Hi Betty, Typically, there is a sticker on the vertical post that will have the serial number and the model number. (This does depend a little bit on the age of the lift.) If nothing else, the serial number will allow a Harmar Dealer to identify the lift. I'm sure you've already visited Harmar.com, but perhaps taking a look at the "Hoists and Inside Lifts" category on the website will also help you identify the model. Hope that helps!
Mike, thanks for reaching out! Are you a Dealer, or do you have the unit installed and you are wondering about servicing it yourself?
I believe so.I work for Harmar.Best thing to do would be to call a local dealer near you that deals with Harmar for more information. We sell to dealers, not directly to the public.
