Today was the second time this month that half of my yard trash has been picked up. I put out the Max 15 items each week I make sure each bag, can or bundle meets the requirements of Seminole county. However, not only one occurrence but also today being the second time I’ve had to call the supervisor to come out to my house and tell me they’ll come back and get it. The first time they never made it back who knows if they will this time. This is ridiculous and unprofessional of yard waste employees. I use the most expensive contractor bags from Lowe’s the nicest cans on wheels the most expensive twine yet they still don’t take everything at the curb. They are paid by tax payers and therefor should do their job accordingly, if they can’t these employees should be fired. I should not have to deal with this time and time again when all I am trying to do is clean up my yard and dispose of the yard waste according to the regulations.

Loaded up my car with old paint, fluorescent light tubes, etc to drop off, after confirming the station is open on Saturdays. Arrived to be told “we’re closed, try Monday”. Super excited to drive around for two more days with this stuff in my car. How about updating your website to reflect your proper hours?

Please thank “Robert” for us, who at 7:45am on Saturday, 10/9/2021 arrived at 1058 Kersfield Circle, Heathrow, to remove a 72” bathroom vanity and top. After he smiled and said good morning I watched him perform, with professional proficiency, the job that should have taken 2 men to do all the time smiling while refusing my help. How fortunate we are to have “Robert” working with Waste Management and how fortunate Waste Management is to have “Robert”.
