I really love this place, it has been a minute since I have been there since I have moved to Tampa. I was always treated well by Scott and trust him. I did put my trust in another dealer that was around the corner from my new home and under no circumstances would continue to go-to them. I will make the drive to Citrus Sew and Vac next time I need something for my Janome's. I ended up purchasing 3 machines from him and love them all.

Took sewing machine to be repaired. They only serviced the machine, did not repair, therefore I paid $75.00 to service a machine that still does not work correctly and they did not clean, service or inspect the foot pedal.

I took my Janome 550E to Citrus Sew & Vac because the embroidery calibration was off. I am very happy to say that my machine was fixed in just 2 days and it is perfect. Amy was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Citrus Sew & Vac is a Janome and Pfaff dealer. As a sewing, embroidery, and embroidery software independent educator, recommend both brands for sewing and/or embroidery machines.
