Since Covid the service at the Benvenue branch has taken a nose dive. The worst branch in Rocky Mount! The tellers are extremely slow at the drive through and recently become very rude. Impossible to make a quick trip on your lunch hour because you sit in line for so long. There is no excuse for this! I personally have worked at a bank, both on a teller line and the drive through and never taken so long to complete a transaction. They usually have four lanes open and still takes at a minimum 30 minutes to clear. They apparently do not have enough focus on getting customers out in a timely fashion. I generally have 2 simple deposits and they take FOREVER. You can never get anyone on the phone, everything is automated. When you select 0 to speak to an actual person they are always busy assisting other customers. Frustrating. I recently started going to the Sunset Avenue branch, but for some reason they now are temporarily closed. As a result I limit my visits to the Benvenue branch as much as possible or send my husband. My time is is valuable to me and I refuse to sit in my car waiting for their sorry tellers.... I would NOT recommend opening any accounts at Wells Fargo and have made it my personal goal to pull everything out of there as quickly as I can. I would have given them zero stars not that’s not a option.

I made a appointment the First time and they call me to reschedule in which is fine . What I didn’t like is the day that they set the new appointment comes and I show up to my appointment and they tell me at the door they can’t receive me because the banker is not there. They should of call me to let me know Instead of me driving 30 minutes .. DONT BANK HERE !

Lines are always long in the drive thru. Barely moves. Act like they are scared to staff the window with more than 2 tellers. Tellers are flip flopping back and forth from window to counter. If you want to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour in line you found the right bank. I'll be leaving Wells Fargo after today. Ridiculous

Benvenue branch is a joke. Drive through service is ridiculous. I understand the covid situation. That is all the more reason to have the Sunset branch open at least for drive through service. At least the tellers there know what they are doing.
