All I can say is that I'm glad I don't work there. Management is horrible. Witnessed an employee being berated. AAFES is obviously a poorly run company.

I love my military shops but this places per se needs an upgrade. Management we need better layouts and upgrade the facilities astethics. A yeays you will absolutely find bathing g you need here tho. The prices I don't get it they are Higher that off post most of the times and what ever they don't sell here then you need to go to the commissary it's a waste of time. But they should fix this. So far the entrance is always spot on

This is one of the many reasons why I'd rather go outside if thei military to shop. I waited around the cosmetics and men's colognes department for over ten minutes and there was none to ask for assistance while this person sat at the cosmetics counter engulfed on her cellphone doin who knows what. I wanted a bottle of the Paco Rabban cologne Million. The store lost the chance to make a $90.00 sale as a result!

Fairly decent selection. The lines can often be excessive, and some establishments are sometimes staffed by a only single employee during the lunch rush. The building is in need of a refresh as well.
