No free boxes. You can sometimes get those on marketplace or even UHaul has a recycling program for their boxes (though most people don't use it) College Hunks will haul away just about anything you have though. No box needed.
I moved from Palm Beach County to Sarasota county on our own, I had the movers unload the truck for me.
this office does not but the call center in tampa will get you in touch with the location in plant city who does.
