I have been denied housing for me and my 3 year old son. I have not had any criminal behavior in over 10 years and I am not a threat to anyone who lives around me. Can I appeal the decision

It sounds like the Housing Authority. I personally think you you should continue trying.The one thing that can prevent you from getting in is a drug felony. Yours was 10 years ago. They should work with you.
