Great staff & faculty! We chose Primrose over others that are closer and are glad we did. Outstanding experience!!

First and foremost this is like any other business or private educational facility, they have an interview process that can only scratch the service and hire based on experience and qualifications. What is important to recognize is that the process doesn’t stop there. It continues in the form of walk throughs and random observations. I understand the concerns expressed through other reviews I’ve read from other parents and they are warranted. Any concerns I have ever expressed have been taken seriously and investigated in an ethical / professional manner. Privacy being at the core of their practices. I can say from my own 3 years of experience, I would not let anyone else care for my son. This is my son’s second home/family. The strides he has made academically and developed social are Phenomenal. Don’t look any further this is where your young scholar needs to be.

My son who is special needs has been at this school for over two years. I think if anyone knows the teachers and staff better than anyone it’s me. I am at that school and pass through the hallways every single day and see that love, support and encouragement that the staff and teachers put into this establishment. Please don’t judge the horrible review posted by a former and obviously “classy”staff person. These ladies who work here put their heart and souls into their jobs. You can tell with their smiles and cheerful “good mornings” every day! My son has had sensory issues and they have been professional and helpful and understanding AND patient with him. He was in private kinder here, with Ms. strange (who was outstanding I may add, and there for over eight years) over a year ago, and I wish public schools would take notes from this place. I wish there was a Primrose private school up to Highschool 😫 He is now in summer camp with Mrs Garcia, Mrs Boscoe and Mrs Frazier and every day I get pictures, videos and reports about how much FUN he is having!! Not to mention their daily menu even includes vegetarian options! Who does that nowadays ? I added a pic of him making a car in engineering station today..yesterday they all got to put together a claymation video short of zombies. How creative! Thank you to Mrs Stinson, Mrs Flammer, Ms. Powers and all of those who make our Primrose experience exceptional.

At Primrose Spring Klein Ms. Herrington is teacher that curses at the children, yanks toys from children if they're banging it on the tile floor too loud and throws it across the classroom, and shows favoritism towards certain kids she is not a fan of. So if she is not a fan of your kid they are in danger. She is a bully teacher and the kids are afraid of her. I worked with her when I witnessed an injury. She did nothing but laugh at the poor infant. I reported it and she lied to everyone about what happened and I got in trouble by staff because they believed her and not me because they are her friend. Speaking of the staff , they all cliqued up like a bunch of high school cheerleaders looking down on others who don't kiss up to them and it's ridiculous. There's no moving up the ladder at that place if you are not a high school cheerleader so get ready to kiss a lot of butt so you can call out whenever you want, go to whatever classroom you want, make your own hours and GETTING AWAY WITH INJURING INFANT/CHILDREN. The word confidentiality doesn't exist in this work place either. Family's business, financial problems, really anything you name it. They're all talking about it as if we are on some Beverly Hills Daycare Reality show. My relationships and support with the kids and the parents was amazing and I will miss them dearly . Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
Yes, our school has a kindergarten program that utilizes our Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to help prepare children for success in Kindergarten, elementary school, and beyond. Small group lessons offer greater individual attention and our extended hours help support working parents with all-day care.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
