Intelligent Office provides 24 hour security with an officer downstairs that can let you and any guests of yours into our location. After hours, our office itself has electronic keycard access and video cameras for added security.
Due to our location in Downtown Raleigh, we have access to a variety of food choices! We are within immediate walking distance to a range of food options like Rye Bar & Southern Kitchen, Happy & Hale, Manhattan Café, Jimmy John’s, and many more. We are also within the delivery range of countless other eating options.
Yes! All of our Intelligent Assistants are HIPAA certified, and are well versed in gathering detailed and discreet intake information for a more specialized business.
We offer much more than just office space! We can provide a physical business address, not a P.O. Box, with the rental of one of our mailboxes. We also have our Intelligent Assistant service. They provide your business with personalized phone answering, including any intake, scheduling, or outbound calling that you may need. This can equip you with the service of a dedicated, full-time employee at a fraction of the cost.
When you use our service, we offer much more than just the office space. Not only do we have our front desk staffed with our Intelligent Assistants, we also have services ranging from free coffee and water, free Wi-Fi throughout our entire suite, the use of our printer, white boards, legal notary, and much more!
Our space is perfect for hourly meetings of any size. We have offices and conference rooms that can accommodate anywhere three attendees up to a large meeting of ten people.
We are located in the heart of downtown, so there are several parking options near us! We’re directly over top of the underground Convention Center parking deck, with access off of Lenoir and Wilmington Street. There is also street and metered parking located on the streets surrounding us.
