PLEASE BE AWARE and KEEP AWAY from ENGLEWOOD PORSCHE! I have had a Porsche for over 10 years and worked with different dealerships for service in the New York Metro area. At Englewood Porsche, they do the classic bait and switch by telling you they will provide you with a quick service and then drag out the service by adding more and more problems that have to be fixed while holding on to your car. I recently brought the car there for service for an annual check up since the check engine light had turned on and they said it would be a same day service initially for around $1500. Well, they kept the car for over three weeks and charged over $4500 for multiple other findings. When I received the car back, I noticed the check engine light was still on and called them. They said they would have to look at it again and now said there would be another $7500 to make sure "everything is addressed". I have asked multiple times to talk to the manager, and owner of the dealership and was told they are "away on vacation" for the past 3 weeks and no one has returned my calls. Please fell free to contact me about your service issues with this dealership as I have contacted better business bureau and local journalists to look at their shady business practices.

Customer service was very good from the server to the the service advisor. My only concern is that I understand due to a shortage it becomes difficult but I would like to have a loaner while my car is serviced in order to have the experience and decide if I want a newer vehicle. Also I was excepting to pay around $600 and ended up paying never $2,000 for service. I am aware that it is Porsche but I was just not excepting to pay that much as I always want to make town my vehicle in the best condition possible. Thank you

Great service. Place was clean and receptive. All Staff was outstanding. All staff from the service manager to the drivers that gave me a ride home. The Tech who serviced the vehicle was exceptionally professional in his analysis and detail. I was very impressed by the video update on the vehicle.
