Made an appointment 2 weeks before hand had 5 people take time off work to meet for this then had to sit and wait over an hour for someone to help us if it wasn't a business account I would have closed it..

I don't think so because they can't give out someone else's personal information. That includes amounts past due. Try anyway and reply, I'd like to know too

Check out your check book it should have a starter page in it that shows you how to read it off your checks
