Alex did an amazing job from start to finish when it came to getting my cars oil change.

Took my car in due to it making a terrible noise. Told I needed to replace the struts, tires, valves, and more. Altogether spent $3700. Upon driving the car to work the next day the TCS (traction control system) began turning on despite being on dry and even road. I thought it was a one time fluke but the TCS system comes on every time I'm driving which is pretty scary when you're on the highway and your car starts slowing down on it's own. Also, I'm no longer able to use the car alarm because any time it's engaged it goes off over and over and over again. I called the shop for assistance and was immediately met with hostility from Bob ("well we never touched that") as if I spent nearly 4k on my vehicle to go home and rip out wire or mess with it. I made another appointment to have the TCS looked at and got there for it only to be told the one person in the shop who can do the repair was out for several days. The service manager "scanned" the system and, despite driving it and seeing the TCS engage and having the alarm go off several times, told me nothing was wrong. He even told me I should go to AutoZone to have the KeyFob battery replaced because that might be effecting the alarm. I think they saw me as an easy target and took my money and either did terrible work or no work at all. Don't bother taking your car here unless you want to waste your money and have your car broken in new and different ways.

Awesome customer service. Got a flat on I-95 near Philadelphia Airport and had to get work van towed to location. This happened at 3:30 pm and we had to wait for a tow til 5:15pm. It was a Sunday and they closed at 6:00pm. We arrived at 5:40pm and after talking to Chuck, the customer service rep,he said he would be able to replace the tire but there were a few customers ahead of me.It was 95 degrees, the end of the day and these guys worked hard all day but made my wife and I feel like we were important and did the job with a smile and a positive attitude. 20 minutes later I was done. Chuck and the whole staff were great and saved the day. 100 percent the best service. Service Manager Wilson Andujar hats off to a great team. Thank you again!

My wife and I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30pm on Saturday to drop our car off for an oil change. We spoke to them and decided we would have both of our cars serviced (i.e. only an oil change) and would swap our 2nd vehicle with the first one when they changed that cars oil. Pretty simple plan, right?? Should only take an hour at most to change the oil of our first car... Welp..... We dropped the 1st car off 30 minutes early. As I am sure you will hear in other reviews, hours went by and we heard nothing about swapping the cars. It was now 4pm (3 & 1/2 hours) since the appointment started and I decided to call to see if it was done. When I spoke to the gentleman who answered, he told me it had not been worked on yet. I said "but I don't understand, we had an appointment at 12:30pm for an oil change, what is taking so long?" He responded, "you had an appointment" with a sound of amazement and then proceeded to tell me he had employee no shows, that they were also short staffed, and I just stopped listening. We got the first car back at 5pm and I asked if he could have the 2nd car's oil changed so we could pick it up first thing in the morning and they said yes and apologized for the 1st one. Now I understand things happen and was willing to give them a 2nd chance. So it is now Sunday and it is 12:50pm and they have not done anything to the 2nd car... I called 3 times and all 3 times I was put on hold by someone saying "thanks for calling pepboys, please hold..." Then placing me on hold before I could say anything and never coming back to talk with me. Very rude experience and by far, one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever seen! And it wasn't cheap...

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
I don't think so
Tune up covers injectors/chamber cleaning, clean/replace your air filters, change your spark plugs, and change your oil. I reccomend doing everything by yourself except the oil change. Many stores now change your oil for free if you purchase the oil there. Buy injector cleaner in the bottle. Use as directed will clean your injectors n chambers properly. Borrow the tools from the store to change your spark plugs. If you have driven it more than 6 months, replace the air filter
No they don't do any radio installations..
Just buy the oil there. Changing is free. But why stop at oil change? There are many inspections can be done during the time they lift your car up
It would definitely depend upon your model vehicle make and year... That would that would depend upon how many other Parts need to be moved around in order to replace with a new radiator, and also how well maintained your vehicle has been kept over the previous years also depends on the replacement of other corresponding parts to the radiator....
