I was surprised at how dry my truck was coming out of the wash. I hardly needed to dry it off. Easy peasy and great results.

A lot better than the Redmond Location. Stalls were clean, and a lot better laid out. I'll admit that I can sometimes be unreasonable where my cars involved. but I feel like I can come here instead of dealing with the idiots in Redmond who didn't clean their stall and had grease all over their stall and it got into my interior.

Ok so I kinda frequent this place and use the self serve car wash. It's a really good place to wash and clean your car, the one thing that they can do better is have a bigger selection of products. I wish that they would add undercarriage cleaner to the selection because I'm in the mountains a lot and always need to wash under my car.

I have always taken my vehicles to Brown Bear despite their ridiculous $17 per wash charge and have been a loyal customer. I own a Dodge Ram diesel truck that has a slip tank in the back and have taken it to may Brown Bear locations and ram it through with zero problems. Today I stopped into the Issaquah location and pulled into line only to have an employee come over and tell me they couldn’t wash my truck because it has a tank in it. Really? The tank is clean and securely bolted down and sits flush with the bed of my truck. They told me they couldn’t wash it because it may get caught in the equipment. Really? So the guy in front of me with a flatbed that has a headache rack on it and the heavily modified Jeep Wrangler in front of him with the crazy bumper winch and light bars etc are good to go through but my truck can’t? Brown Bear lost my business for good today.

Hi Ashley, The vacuums at our Issaquah location are open 24/7.
They don't clean and vacuum for you, but they do have coin vacuums and also have towels for you to borrow.
